Our Team
Our company has a team of 18 fulltime employees and 9 part time employees making a total of 27 employees. We have three main divisions namely ESB Consulting-6 employees (Offering Consultancy, Training and Research), ESB Events-12 employees (Offering Events Management Services, PR Services and Experiential Services), Speakers Bureau-9 employees (Offering professional speakers & facilitation services, audio visual production and publishing services). Additionally, ESB has a database of more than 2,000 local and international subscribers most of whom are experts in areas related to the economy, leadership, business, entrepreneurship, finance, health, applied research etc.

Mr. Paul R.K Mashauri is the President, Co Founder and Executive Chairman of East Africa Speakers Bureau Limited. An Economist by training, Mashauri holds a bachelor degree in Economics & Sociology of the University of Dar es Salaam. With great reputation in corporate circles, Mashauri is a well known media personality and a cutting edge thinker with a powerful success record in planning and managing some of the high profile corporate events in East Africa.
Prior to the establishment of East Africa Speakers Bureau, Mashauri was an Executive Director and founder of Familia Newspaper, a weekly published inspirational paper addressing cross cutting issues as shared by respected intellectuals, researchers, great achievers, best selling authors, business visionaries and renowned professionals. |
A multitalented business thinker and a great networker with immense oratory skills, Mashauri made a landmark with East Africa Speakers Bureau due to his ability to generate ideas and bring to life to some of the crazy ideas including production of the top class mainframe events to corporate and the general public in Tanzania such as The Grand Networking After Dinner Talk, Women Entrepreneurship & Career Summit, East and Southern Africa Industry & Trade Expo, International Marketers Convention, Entrepreneurs Day and many more.

Mr. Moses Emmanuel is the Vice President, CEO and founder of East Africa Speakers Bureau Limited. A proficient consultant, researcher and academician, Moses holds a masters degree in sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam. He has a strong background in sociology and organizational development (OD).Overtime he has merged the two professions to come up with a unique blend of technical insight necessary for organizations, institutions and professionals in transiting economies. He is well vested in concept development and experienced in institutional analysis and strengthening.
Moses has diverse academic and field experience in applied research. He has been variously involved in project designing, management as well as monitoring and evaluation in social and human development discourses especially development interventions in the grassroots. With this background, Moses has acquired vast experience in issues of public, private partnerships as well as in guiding organizations to effective branding and corporate social responsibility. |
